Step by step to your new career at H. & J. Brüggen KG

2. prepare your documents
You will definitely need an up-to-date CV for your application. A letter of motivation explaining why you would like to become part of our team and relevant references or certificates are optional. Make sure that your documents are complete and up to date.
3. apply online
Once you have found a suitable position, you can apply directly via the online application form. Fill in all the required fields and upload your prepared documents.
4. wait for our feedback
After we have received your application, you will receive a confirmation of receipt by e-mail. We check every application carefully, which can take some time. We ask for your patience and promise to get back to you as soon as possible.
5. job interview
If your application has convinced us, we will invite you to an interview. This can take place in person at our company or as a video call. Use this opportunity to find out more about the position and our company and to convince us of your merits. In most cases, there will be a second interview and/or a work trial.
6. Feedback and contract offer
After the interview/trial work, we will contact you as soon as possible to give you feedback. If everything fits, we will be happy to make you an offer and welcome you to our team.
7. onboarding
As soon as you have accepted our offer, we will plan your start with us together. Our onboarding program will help you to settle in quickly and become part of our team.
8. your feedback
We are always happy to receive feedback from you, both on our application process and on your onboarding! We want to constantly improve and are also dependent on your feedback.
